Ingredients

1 box butter flavored cake mix
1/3 cup white sugar
1 - stick butter = 1/2 cup or quarter of a pound
1/3 cup oil
4 - eggs
1 - 8 oz container sour cream (substitute with plain yogurt)

How To Make easy pound cake

Step 1

Melt butter Mix the rest of the ingredients and melted butter with electric mixer for 1 minute on low. Then beat on medium speed for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Pour in greased containers and bake a 350 degrees.
Step 3

Bake times for different pan sizes: smaller pans 25-30 minutes large pans 40-45 minutes mini loaf pans 15-17 minutes
