Recipe given by a great friend. Very easy, just do not tell your family or guests what is in it till they have eaten it...it keeps them guessing...

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounces can of pork and beans
  • 1 8 ounces can of crushed pineapple w/juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour

How To Make pork and bean cake

  • Step 1
    Mash whole can of pork and beans in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Put rest of ingredients in bowl and mix together.
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 min. (check with toothpick). Let cool. Top with cool whip or vanilla icing.
