poppy seed cake

This recipe was my mom's and she always made it and got lots of requests for it when we went to peoples homes. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup poppy seeds
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 small package instant butterscotch pudding (dry)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make poppy seed cake

Step 1Soak poppy seeds in the 1 cup cold water for 10 min.

Step 2Combine everything including water that is on the seeds. Mix well

Step 3Pour into heavily greased (or sprayed) and floured bundt pan.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan. I don't put any frosting on this cake, but use your own judgement.
