In a large bowl beat in the sugar or Splenda sugar,eggs, flour,light margarine or butter flavor Crisco, baking powder, vanilla. Add the non-fat milk. (This for cake recipe)
Then grease and flour the pan 9x13 inch. Pour into greased flour pan. Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 350F.
Icing: 2 tablespoon of soft butter or butter flavor Crisco
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 cup of sugar or 6 packets of Splenda sugar and enough milk to make creamy

ADDING: powder cocoa or cocoanut flakes or nuts
