Ingredients
- 1 package cake mix
- 2 packages (4 serving) instant pudding
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 cups cold milk
How To Make poke it pudding cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare cake mix as directed on the package. Bake in a 13x9x2" cake pan.

Step 2Remove from oven. Poke holes at once down through the cake to pan with the round handle of a wooden spoon. Holes should be about 1" apart.

Step 3After poking holes; combine pudding with sugar in a large bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Then beat for 1 minute.

Step 4Quickly, before the pudding thickens; pour about half of the thin pudding over the warm cake and into the holes.

Step 5Allow the remaining pudding to thicken slightly then spoon over the top of the cake, swirling to frost the cake.

Step 6Chill for at least 1 hour.
