This has always been a favorate of my family. Its fast it make, taste good, and always moist and light. It's not new, but I LOVE IT ! ENJOY !

Ingredients

  • 1 - yellow cake mix
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 8 dashes green food coloring

How To Make pistachio pudding cake (get crackin)

  • Step 1
    In mixing bowel add dry cake mix, and dry pudding
  • Step 2
    Add water, oil, almond extract, mix until moistened
  • Step 3
    Add eggs, one at a time, and food coloring until well incoperated.

    Bake at 335 F for 1 hour 10min., or until cake pull from side of pan.
