- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 - box ( 18.25 oz ) golden butter cake
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 box pistachio flavored instant pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetableoil
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
How To Make pistachio muffins

Step 1Sift flour with cake mix.

Step 2Add instant pudding and mix.

Step 3Then add the wet ingredients and stir well.

Step 4Fold in the chopped pistachios.

Step 5Pour into muffin tins lined with muffin paper cups.

Step 6Sprinkle sugar on top

Step 7bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins.
