This is another good and easy recipe for a great cake. My husband loves this one.

Ingredients

  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegatable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

How To Make pistachio crunch cake

  • Step 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients; beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans. Put 1/2 of this on bottom of greased bundt or tube pan.
  • Step 2
    Spoon batter over this. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mix on top; place in cold oven and set to 325. Bake for about 50 minutes.
