Ingredients
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup vegatable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make pistachio crunch cake

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients; beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans. Put 1/2 of this on bottom of greased bundt or tube pan.

Step 2Spoon batter over this. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mix on top; place in cold oven and set to 325. Bake for about 50 minutes.
