How to Make Pistachio Crunch Cake
- Combine first 5 ingredients; beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans. Put 1/2 of this on bottom of greased bundt or tube pan.
- Spoon batter over this. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mix on top; place in cold oven and set to 325. Bake for about 50 minutes.
