  • 1 box
    butter cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    pistachio instant pudding
  • 4
  • 1/2 c
    vegatable oil
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3/4 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Pistachio Crunch Cake


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

    Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans. Put 1/2 of this on bottom of greased bundt or tube pan.
  2. Spoon batter over this. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mix on top; place in cold oven and set to 325. Bake for about 50 minutes.
