1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10 inch tube pan with cooking spray.
2In a large bowl add cake mix,instant pudding, eggs, 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup of water. Beat with electric mixer for 3-4 minutes on medium. Pour into bundt pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Test with toothpick. When done place on cooling rack to cool completely. Turn onto a serving dish.
3To make the frosting, add all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. You can frost the cake when it has cooled or just serve a dollop on the side of a serving piece.
