Ingredients
- 1 box duncan hines butter yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding mix (sugar free & fat free)
- FILLING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make pistachio cake

Step 1Mix first five ingredients. Beat 5 minutes on medium speed. Mixture will be very thick. Combine the filling ingredients. In greased and floured Bundt pan, layer from bottom to top 1/2 of batter, 1/2 of filling, rest of batter and rest of filling on top. Place cake in a cold oven and set at 350. Bake 1 hour and test with toothpick until it comes out clean.

Step 2I sometimes put a little of the filling on the bottom of the pan (it gives it a nice look to the top) and the rest in the middle of the cake.
