  • 1 box
    betty crocker moist yellow cake mix
  • 3 pkg
    jello pistachio pudding (or other desired flavor)
  • 5
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    ingredients for icing
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 pt
    heavy cream

How to Make Pistachio Cake


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients of eggs, cake mix, 2 pudding packages, milk, oil, and water. Mix 3-4 minutes.
  2. Grease pan with butter and flour. Put mixture in pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  3. After finished baking, let cake cool for 15 minutes. After cake has cooled, mix heavy cream, cool whip, and 1 package of pudding to create frosting.
