This recipe belongs to my friend Sheryl Bennett. She made it last St. Patrick's Day and it was great. She also makes it gluten free for her daughter or any other gluten free guests. Just use a gluten free cake mix.

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup crisco oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- TOPPING
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
How To Make pistachio cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a tube pan with butter or shortening.

Step 2Mix the cake ingredients until it looks like pudding. Mix the topping ingredients.. Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the topping.

Step 3Put the remaining batter in and top with remaining topping.

Step 4Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
