My mother has made this cake for many years, and it is so moist. I like to bring this cake to potlucks on Saint patricks Day, because of the pretty green color of the cake.

    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • ·
    3 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix
  • ·
    1 cup of water
  • ·
    1 cup of vegetable oil
  • ·
    4 eggs
  • ·
    1 cup confectioners sugar
  • ·
    1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • ·
    2-3 tablespoons milk

How to Make Pistachio Bundt Cake


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your cake mix and your pudding mixes, your water,oil and your eggs.
  2. Beat on low speed for 1 minute
  3. Pour your mix into a greased bundt pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 mins.
  5. Cool for 10 mins, before removing from your bundt pan, and cool on wire rack.
  6. Glaze : 1 cup confectioners sugar, I Tablespoon butter, softened, and 2-3 Tablespoons of milk. Combine the glaze and drizzle down your cake.
