Pistachio Bundt Cake
·1 pkg. yellow cake mix
·3 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix
·1 cup of water
·1 cup of vegetable oil
·1 cup confectioners sugar
·1 tablespoon butter, softened
·2-3 tablespoons milk
How to Make Pistachio Bundt Cake
- In a mixing bowl, combine your cake mix and your pudding mixes, your water,oil and your eggs.
- Beat on low speed for 1 minute
- Pour your mix into a greased bundt pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 mins.
- Cool for 10 mins, before removing from your bundt pan, and cool on wire rack.
- Glaze : 1 cup confectioners sugar, I Tablespoon butter, softened, and 2-3 Tablespoons of milk. Combine the glaze and drizzle down your cake.
