My grandmother used to make this cake when I was growing up. The last time I was able to stay with her when I was an adult, she gave me her copper bundt pan with the recipe, cake mix and pudding mix for the cake. I think of her every time I make this cake and miss her so much.

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 small box pistachio instant pudding

How to Make Pistachio Bundt Cake


  • 1Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  • 2Pour 2/3 of batter in well greased bundt pan.
  • 3Add 3/4 cup Hershey syrup to remaining batter and mix well.
  • 4Pour this mixture over batter in pan and cut thru with knife to marbleize
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes
