- 2 - eggs
- 1 can 20-oz can of crushed pinneaple (un-drained)

How To Make pineapple walnut cake
-
Step 1Preheat the oven to 350, sift together the dry ingredients, and add walnuts, eggs and the entire content of the pineapple can.
-
Step 2Stir only until the ingredients are wet.
-
Step 3Pour into an un-greased 9x13-inch pan & bake until golden brown (35-40 min).
-
Step 4While the cake is baking, cream together the frosting ingredients in a food processor (or a good mixer as long as the margarine and cream cheese are almost room temperature).
-
Step 5Let the cake cool for only 10 minutes and then spread the frosting on while the cake is still warm and in the baking pan.
