this is a quick delish desert for a crowd.i serve with fresh whipped cream flavored with the rum or cherry juice

1 - cheep yellow cake mix
2 cans pineapple rings
- eggs
- dark rum
1 stick butter
- brown sugar
1 jar marachino cherries

How To Make pineapple upside down rum cake

Step 1

melt butter in your biggest brownie pan or deep cookie sheet and pour in a cap full of rum then stir in brown sugar

Step 2

drain pineapple rings into a separate container and arrange in sugar then place cherries inside rings
Step 3

mix cake mix as directed using rum for the oil and pineapple juice for the water
Step 4

pour over pineapple rings and bake as directed for 30 min
