Ingredients

1 boxyellow cake mix with pudding in the box
-
1 boxvanilla instant puddin.3.4oz
-
3eggs
-
1/3 cveg oil
-
2/3 cpineapple juice saved from the can
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1 can(s)pineapple rings 8 oz drained ..save juice
-
1 stickbutter melted
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
12-18maraschino cherries
-
12-18whole walnuts or pecans
How to Make PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CUPCAKES!
- Spray muffin tins well with cooking spray.
Melt butter and sugar
add 1 tablespoon sugar mixture to each muffin cup.
then top with 1 pineapple slice - In a large bowl mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, juice and milk with mixer. Fill cups 1/2 to 3/4 full
- bake 25 mins @350 degrees
let cool for 10 minutes - Run a knife around the edges to loosen muffins from. Turn cupcakes upside down
Top with a cherry and a nut
