This recipe has been in my family for years. It is a very moist cake and remains so untill finished. My memories go very far back when I think about this cake. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 cup chopped english walnuts
- ICEING FOR CAKE
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 stick softened margarine
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped english walnuts
How To Make pineapple sheet cake

Step 1combine all ingredients and bake on a large cookiesheet at 350 degrees for 30 min but browns quickly so check at 25 min. Let cool for 20 minutes

Step 2Iceing- mix all ingredients and spread on cake
