How to Make Pineapple Pound Cake
- Cream Crisco and sugar well.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in pineapple and flavor.
- Pour into a large greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Bake at 350* for 1 hr.20 min. Check for doneness after 1 hr.10 min. or when you smell it and its beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan.
