Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups crisco shortening
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 small 8 oz. undrained can crushed pineapple
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make pineapple pound cake

Step 1Cream Crisco and sugar well. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple and flavor.

Step 2Pour into a large greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hr.20 min. Check for doneness after 1 hr.10 min. or when you smell it and its beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan.
