Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz can pineapple (do not drain juice)
  • 1 tsp
    soda
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • FROSTING

  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    softened oleo
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Pineapple - Pecan Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except nuts and then fold in nuts.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then cool.
  4. For frosting - mix all ingredients together. Spread over cake. Store cake in refrigerator.
