Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can 20 oz can pineapple (do not drain juice)
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup softened oleo
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make pineapple - pecan cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients except nuts and then fold in nuts.

Step 2Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then cool.

Step 4For frosting - mix all ingredients together. Spread over cake. Store cake in refrigerator.
