20 oz can pineapple (do not drain juice)
softened cream cheese
How to Make Pineapple - Pecan Cake
1Mix all ingredients except nuts and then fold in nuts.
2Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then cool.
4For frosting - mix all ingredients together. Spread over cake. Store cake in refrigerator.
