Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 - eggs
1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple do not drain
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup soffened butter
8 ounces cream cheese sofened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make pineapple pecan cake

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients..Stir in pecans. Pour into UNGREASED 13 x 9 x2 pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool cake. Then mix the frosting items{butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar,vanilla} and spread on cooled cake.
