This is another cake that was passed onto us office girls...Bake & Enjoy...

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (include juice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 can 15 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 box 3.4 oz. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 - cool whip (whipped topping)

How To Make pineapple-orange cake

  • Step 1
    Mix 1st five ingredients together for 2 minutes & bake @ 325 for 35-40 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Frosting. MIX the pineapple,pudding & cool whip together & put on top of cooled cake. Keep refrigerated..
  • Step 3
    FYI..For a extra moist cake poke holes while still warm in the baked cake & add the discarded pineapple juice....
