We love this for dessert at thanksgiving and Christmas!!!

  • 20 oz
    can of crushed pineapple not drained
  • 2 c
    flour i use self rising
  • 2 c
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts ( i use pecans or black walnuts)
  • 2
  • 2 tsp

  • oz
    1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/3 c
    powdered sugar

How to Make Pineapple Nut Cake


  1. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When done ice immediately.Add nuts on top of icing and refrigerate
