We love this for dessert at thanksgiving and Christmas!!!

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces can of crushed pineapple not drained
  • 2 cups flour i use self rising
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts ( i use pecans or black walnuts)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ICING
  • ounce 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar

How To Make pineapple nut cake

  • Step 1
    Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When done ice immediately.Add nuts on top of icing and refrigerate
