- 20 ounces can of crushed pineapple not drained
- 2 cups flour i use self rising
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts ( i use pecans or black walnuts)
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ICING
- ounce 1 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar

Step 1Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When done ice immediately.Add nuts on top of icing and refrigerate
