I made this cake for my Aunt who is a wonderful cook and she loved it.

1 18 oz. box
yellow cake mix
3 large
1/3 c
crisco vegetable oil
1 c
pineapple juice
1/3 c
crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. can(s)
crushed ineapple
3.4 oz. pkg
instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. small
container cool whip

How to Make Pineapple Fluff Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and dust with flour two 9" round cake pans. Make cake mix according to directions, using pineapple juice instead of water and add the 1/3 cup crushed and drained pineapple. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and turn out on cake racks to cool completely.
  • 2Mix instant vanilla pudding mix with the 12 0z. can of crushed pineapple(DO NOT DRAIN). Fold in the thawed Cool Whip. Frost cake and chill for at least 3 hours.
