I made this cake for my Aunt who is a wonderful cook and she loved it.

Ingredients

  • 1 18 oz. boxes yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup crisco vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 12 oz. cans crushed ineapple
  • 3.4 oz. packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. small container cool whip

How To Make pineapple fluff cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and dust with flour two 9" round cake pans. Make cake mix according to directions, using pineapple juice instead of water and add the 1/3 cup crushed and drained pineapple. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and turn out on cake racks to cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Mix instant vanilla pudding mix with the 12 0z. can of crushed pineapple(DO NOT DRAIN). Fold in the thawed Cool Whip. Frost cake and chill for at least 3 hours.
