Ingredients
- 1 - 20 - (ounce) can chunk pineapple ( drained, saving 2/3 cup of juice )
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts,chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, sliced
- 1 - egg
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make pineapple coffee cake - bisquick

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Grease a 9 inch pan or baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2Mix the brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and butter. Set aside.

Step 3Drain pineapple, reserving 2/3 cup syrup. Pat pineapple dry. Set aside.

Step 4Mix the reserved juice with the egg; then add to the bisquick and sugar. Stirring about 30 seconds.

Step 5Spread the bisquick batter into a 9 inch dish or pan. Sprinkle half the brown sugar mixture over batter. Add pineapples. then sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.

Step 6Bake for 25 minutes, or until pick in the center comes out clean.
