Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can large can crushed pineapple
- 1 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 ounces tub whipped topping ( cool whip)
- 1 7 ounces bag coconut
How To Make pineapple coconut cake

Step 1Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Drain Pineapple and mix 1/2 of the can into the batter. Bake as directed on box.

Step 2With fork, Poke holes in 1 inch intervals into warm cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake. Set aside and allow to cool completely.

Step 3In a bowl combine 3/4 bag of coconut ( more or less to taste) and remaining Pineapple. Mix well.

Step 4Spread whipped topping (cool whip) over cake. Sprinkle coconut mixture over cake evenly and refrigerate to set. ( about 2 hours)
