Ingredients
- 1 - butter recipe yellow cake mix
- 1- 15 oz - pineapple tidbits
- 1-3 oz box cook and serve coconut cream pudding mix
- 1 cup coconut, taoasted
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 cups milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - container of cool whip
How To Make pineapple coconut cake

Step 1Bake cqke mix as directed, in a 9 x 13 pan. While cake is baking, combine pineapple tidbits, with juice and 1 cup sugar.Cook in microwave 30 seconds. Cool. Prepare pudding as directed, cover and refrigerate. You can toast the coconut and almonds in separate pans as soon as cake is baked. When cake is done pour pineapple/ sugar mixture over the top. Refrigerate two hours. Spread pudding over the top, and frost with cool whip. Sprinkle toasted coconut over the top and the Almonds around the edges. Refrigerate till serving
