- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1-20 ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- FROSTING:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1-1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick oleo margarine
How To Make pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting

Step 1MIX ALL INGREDIENTS BY HAND IN A BOWL. GREASE A 9 X 13" PAN.

Step 2BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 35-40 MINUTES

Step 3Frosting: Beat and frost cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle nuts on top.
