Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1-20 ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • FROSTING:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 stick oleo margarine

How To Make pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting

  • Step 1
    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS BY HAND IN A BOWL. GREASE A 9 X 13" PAN.
  • Step 2
    BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 35-40 MINUTES
  • Step 3
    Frosting: Beat and frost cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle nuts on top.
