Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 can (2 cups) crushed pineapple
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, cold
- 1 cup evaporated milk
How To Make pineapple cake and topping

Step 1Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle on top 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 2Topping: Mix together and boil; simmer 10 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
