This is a favorite of everyone. People think I spend hours creating this cake and it is so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - white cake mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 - stick of margarine softened
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • - milk as needed

How To Make pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    Bake white cake according to box directions in a 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Punch holes in the cake and pour juice from pineapple over it.
  • Step 3
    Cream butter & cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Add milk and continue to beat until you reach your desired consistency. Stir in vanilla.
  • Step 4
    Frost cooled cake. Place drained pineapple over frosting and refrigerate.
