Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

How To Make pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cake completely cool.
  • Step 2
    Beat until thickened: 2 cups milk 1 8oz. package softened cream cheese 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • Step 3
    Pour over cooled cake. Spread with Cool Whip.
