- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1 can pineapple
- 2 - eggs

How To Make pineapple cake

Step 1Beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy. Add 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, flour, sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda. Mix well. Add walnuts, chopped but not finely. Pour into ungreased 13X9X2" pan. Bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven for about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool.

Step 2Frost with cream cheese frosting or buttercream frosting. Or serve it plain. My great-grandmother put little ginger in the cream cheese frosting.
