- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1.4 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple with the juice, undrained
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1Heat oven to 350degrees Spray 9x13” pan with cooking spray Also line pan with parchment

Step 2In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar,soda &salt

Step 3In medium bowl combine eggs, undrained pineapple and vanilla

Step 4Combine the wet & dry ingredients & stir until combined

Step 5Pour the batter into prepared dish & bake in oven for 30-35 minites

Step 6Remove from oven cool on a wire rack cool completely

Step 7Frost with a cream cheese frosting if desired
