Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple with the juice, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350degrees Spray 9x13” pan with cooking spray Also line pan with parchment
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar,soda &salt
  • Step 3
    In medium bowl combine eggs, undrained pineapple and vanilla
  • Step 4
    Combine the wet & dry ingredients & stir until combined
  • Step 5
    Pour the batter into prepared dish & bake in oven for 30-35 minites
  • Step 6
    Remove from oven cool on a wire rack cool completely
  • Step 7
    Frost with a cream cheese frosting if desired
