Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple, in it's own juice, 20 oz
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened use butter for the best flavor.
- 1 package cream cheese, softened, 8 oz
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
How To Make pineapple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9 pan.

Step 2Mix all the cake ingredients together, by hand and then pour into the pan. Bake for 40 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3Frosting

Step 4Cream butter and cream cheese till smooth. Add sugar and mix till smooth, stir in vanilla. Mix in nuts.

Step 5Frost cake when it is completely cooled.
