Ingredients For pineapple cake

1 cancrushed pineapple, in it's own juice, 20 oz

2 cflour

2 csugar

2 tspbaking soda

2 lgeggs

2 cpecans or walnuts, chopped

2 tspvanilla extract

1 stickbutter, softened use butter for the best flavor.

1 pkgcream cheese, softened, 8 oz

1/2 cpecans or walnuts, chopped
How To Make pineapple cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9 pan.

2Mix all the cake ingredients together, by hand and then pour into the pan. Bake for 40 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

3Frosting

4Cream butter and cream cheese till smooth. Add sugar and mix till smooth, stir in vanilla. Mix in nuts.

5Frost cake when it is completely cooled.
