- - 2 ½ cups flour
- - 1 ½ cups sugar
- - 4 tablespoons butter
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 cup milk
- - ½ cup brown sugar
- - ½ cup sour cream
- - 1 tsp. vanilla
- - 1 tsp. baking soda
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - ½ tsp. salt
- - for the pineapples

- - 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple – cut up
- - ½ cup brown sugar
How To Make pineapple cake

Step 1Preheat Oven 350 degrees: In a mix-master combine the butter and white sugar and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, sour cream and ½ cup of brown sugar and beat with a fork. Add this to the mix- master and mix. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Slowly add this to the mix-master while on low. In a small bowl combine the pineapple and ½ cup of brown sugar and stir. Prepare a bunt pan with butter; (don’t forget to butter the middle piece of the pan) and place the prepared pineapple along the bottom. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
