Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can #2 can of crushed pineapple (including juice)
- 1 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 stick oleo or your favorite marg.
- 1 cup evaporated milk (any brand)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white sugar

Step 19 X 13 PAN (PYREX) 350 DEGREES BAKE FOR 45 MINS.

Step 2MIX FOLLOWING INGREDS TOGETHER: FLOUR, 2 C FLOUR, 1 1/2 C SUGAR, 1 TSP SODA, 1/2 TSP SALT THEN ADD: EGGS, PINEAPPLE (INCLUDING JUICE) WHEN ABOVE INGREDS. ARE THOROUGHLY MIXED TOGETHER, POUR INTO A GREASED PAN. MIX TOGETHER: BRN SUGAR, NUTS SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BATTER BAKE 45 MINS AT 350 DEGREES

Step 3HAVE READY BY TIME CAKE IS DONE: IN SAUCEPAN: OLEO, OR ANY MARG. IF DESIRE, 1 C EVAP. MILK, 1/2 C WH. SUGAR, 1 TSP VANILLA BRING THIS TO ROLLING BOIL, THEN POUR OVER CAKE WHILE BOTH ARE PIPING HOT. SERVE PLAIN OR WITH COOL WHIP OR DREAM WHIP I SERVE THIS PLAIN, USE YOUR OWN DISCRETION
