The cake to enjoy at home or potluck's.My friend who passed away a year ago from cancer gave me this recipe, because I loved it so much when she made it.So yummmmy....

Ingredients

  • ·
    2 cups sugar
  • ·
    2 cups flour
  • ·
    2 tsp. baking soda
  • ·
    2 eggs
  • ·
    1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple and the juice
  • ·
    1 cup of chopped walnuts(if you like nuts)

How to Make Pineapple Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all together than add chopped nuts.
  2. Bake in a ungreased 9x13 pan at 325 for 35 mins. (cool cake )
  3. Frosting
  4. 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
  5. 1 cup powder sugar
  6. 1 pkg. dream whip
  7. Add: 1/2 cup milk,
  8. 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  9. Beating for 2 mins. Put on cool cake
