Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup mixed fruit, small package
  • 1 pound golden raisins
  • 1/4 pound red cherries, candied
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed with juice

How To Make pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    Mix in order given and put in greased and floured tube pan.
  • Step 2
    Let set all day and bake at night or mix at night and cook in morning.
  • Step 3
    Bake in 325 oven 2 hours.
