- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2/3 cup mixed fruit, small package
- 1 pound golden raisins
- 1/4 pound red cherries, candied
- 1 can pineapple, crushed with juice
How To Make pineapple cake

Step 1Mix in order given and put in greased and floured tube pan.

Step 2Let set all day and bake at night or mix at night and cook in morning.

Step 3Bake in 325 oven 2 hours.
