- 1 - 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

Step 2Cream-cheese frosting: 1 3 oz. package cream-cheese, softened. 1/4 cup margarine or butter 1 tsp. vanilla Add 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp.ginger. Beat well with electric mixer. (May add coconut if desired). Spread on cooled cake.
