pineapple bundt cake
My co-workers always ask for this cake when we are having a pitch-in. I have even made it for some of them to take to their own family gatherings. They say "if I buy the ingredients, will you make the pineapple cake for me?". Really good!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 small box of vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- SAUCE
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick butter, i use real butter for this
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
How To Make pineapple bundt cake

Step 1Grease a bundt pan well.

Step 2Sprinkle chopped pecans on bottom of pan

Step 3Mix together the pudding, cake mix, pineapple juice, oil, and eggs.

Step 4Beat with electric mixer for two minutes.

Step 5Pour over pecans in pan.

Step 6Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes

Step 7About 10 minutes before cake in done, make sauce.

Step 8Mix sugar, pineapple juice and butter in a small pan.

Step 9Heat until boiling and boil for two minutes.

Step 10Remove cake from oven when done.

Step 11DO NOT REMOVE CAKE FROM PAN

Step 12Pour sauce mixture over cake and let it set for 1/2 hour.

Step 13Put cake in refridgerator for one hour, them turn out onto serving plate.
