Ingredients

1 large
can crust pineapple
2 c
fresh or frozen blueberreys
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
choped nuts
1 box
pineapple cake mix
1 stick
butter melted

How to Make Pineapple Blueberry Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour the whole can of pineapple in a 9 x 13 inch. pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 2Pour Blueberrys over the pineapple evenly.
  • 3Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit.
  • 4Sprinkle chop nuts over the sugar.
  • 5Spread the cake mix over all & pat lightly.
  • 6Drizzle the melted butter over cake mix.
  • 7Put cake in 350 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown.
  • 8Remove from oven to cool. Use Cool Whip to top each peace to serve. Can use Ice Cream.
