  • 1 large
    can crust pineapple
  • 2 c
    fresh or frozen blueberreys
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    choped nuts
  • 1 box
    pineapple cake mix
  • 1 stick
    butter melted

How to Make Pineapple Blueberry Cake


  1. Pour the whole can of pineapple in a 9 x 13 inch. pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Pour Blueberrys over the pineapple evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle chop nuts over the sugar.
  5. Spread the cake mix over all & pat lightly.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over cake mix.
  7. Put cake in 350 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown.
  8. Remove from oven to cool. Use Cool Whip to top each peace to serve. Can use Ice Cream.
