This is so very good, also so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crust pineapple
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberreys
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup choped nuts
  • 1 box pineapple cake mix
  • 1 stick butter melted

How To Make pineapple blueberry cake

  • Step 1
    Pour the whole can of pineapple in a 9 x 13 inch. pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Pour Blueberrys over the pineapple evenly.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle chop nuts over the sugar.
  • Step 5
    Spread the cake mix over all & pat lightly.
  • Step 6
    Drizzle the melted butter over cake mix.
  • Step 7
    Put cake in 350 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown.
  • Step 8
    Remove from oven to cool. Use Cool Whip to top each peace to serve. Can use Ice Cream.
