pineapple bliss
Eric wanted something pineappley. I don't really like pineapple in a cake, but he does. this is what I invented. He loved it

Ingredients
- 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks (i used dole)
- 2 - individual blocks of white chocolate bark
- 1 stick buttr
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar divided
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons corn starch (rounded)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 - eggs well beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make pineapple bliss

Step 1In a pan put all of the pineapple and 3/4 of the liquid, add 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch and put over medium heat until liquid is thickened, stiring often. Take off heat and add butter and white chocolate and stir until blended and all is melted. Set aside

Step 2Butter a 8x8 cake glass pan and flour it also. set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3In a mixxing bowl add rest of sugar, flour, baking powder, beaten eggs, vanilla and salt. Mixing very well. Pour into the baking dish. Pour pinapple mix over the mix in the pan and cook 30-35 minutes
