Ingredients
- CAKE
- 3 cups cake flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- - commercial or homemade frosting of your preference. (i usually use vanilla or cream cheese)
How To Make pineapple banana cake

Step 1Combine all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, oil and vanilla, and combine until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in pineapple, pecans and bananas.

Step 2Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch rectangular cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

Step 3Frost cake with desired frosting, cover and refrigerate.
