- 1 package angel food cake mix
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 - (12 ounces) container cool whip
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Step 1In a large bowl, combine cake mix and crushed pineapple with juice. Mix well.

Step 2Spray a 9 X 13 inch pan with vegetable oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool by turning upside down. Serve with Cool Whip or Cool Whip Frosting: 8 ounce Cool Whip, 1 small can drained crushed pineapple,and 1 small instant vanilla pudding. Spread on top of whole cake. I
