  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can(s)
    bacardi pinacolada mix / freezer section / thawed
  • 1/2 c
    coconut ,optional
  • ·
    cool whip or make your own
  • ·

How to Make PinaColada Cake


  1. Bake cake according to directions on box. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  2. While the cake is cooling mix together the pineapples,sweet milk, pinacolada mix.
  3. After the cake has cooled cut into slices as if serving it, or you can poke holes in it with a spoon. Spoon the pineapples mixture all over the cake making sure you get it down between the slices.
  4. Let chill 4 hours or overnight. Top with coolwhip.
