1 - pineapple cake mix
1 - coconut cake mix
6 large eggs
2 sticks butter
2 1/4 cups water
1 bag haribo gummy bears
1 bag life savers assorted flavors
48 - mini drink umbrellas
4 cans white or vanilla frosting or publix buttercream recipe from this site
3/4 cup cinnamon sugar

How To Make pina colada cupackes

Step 1

Combine cake mixes, eggs, butter, water. Pour into cupcake papers and bake according to directions on box or until done.

Step 2

Frosting-- Publix Buttercream from this site or canned vanilla or white frosting. Tint 1/2 frosting blue. Frost half the cup cake with blue frosting, the other half with white (homemade or store bought). Dip the white half into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar to look like a sandy beach.
Step 3

Decorate with a gummy bear, life saver and umbrella.
