Ingredients
- 1 - pineapple cake mix
- 1 - coconut cake mix
- 6 large eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 bag haribo gummy bears
- 1 bag life savers assorted flavors
- 48 - mini drink umbrellas
- 4 cans white or vanilla frosting or publix buttercream recipe from this site
- 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar
How To Make pina colada cupackes

Step 1Combine cake mixes, eggs, butter, water. Pour into cupcake papers and bake according to directions on box or until done.

Step 2Frosting-- Publix Buttercream from this site or canned vanilla or white frosting. Tint 1/2 frosting blue. Frost half the cup cake with blue frosting, the other half with white (homemade or store bought). Dip the white half into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar to look like a sandy beach.

Step 3Decorate with a gummy bear, life saver and umbrella.
