Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 18 ounces yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup dark rum
- 2 packages bartenders pina colada mix,powdered mix,dry (only 1 size) if you use the liquid mix omit the cold water
- GLAZE:
- 1/4 cup oleo, melted(butter or margarine)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package pina colada mix,powdered mix,dry(only 1 size ) if you use liquid mix omit the water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark rum
How To Make pina colada cake for cc

Step 1Spray and flour a 10-inch tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans or walnuts on the bottom. then sprinkle coconut in evenly over and between nuts. Place cake mix in a mixer bowl, add the eggs, water and oil and mix well for 1 minute on medium. Add rum and pina colada mix and beat well to blend. Pour carefully into prepared pan so as not to disturb nuts and coconut. Bake in 325^ oven for 1 hour. Cool slightly- invert onto plate. Poke holes in top with a fork- drizzle glaze over top. --- Glaze: Combine oleo, water, pina colada mix and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil and boil 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the rum. Drizzle over cake until all is used up. If necessary wait a few minutes between pouring to let it seep in.
