Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding (the smaller one)
- 1 can can(s) (10 oz) frozen pina colada concentrate (completely thawed)
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut, flaked
- GLAZE
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut, flaked
- 1 1/2 cups (about) powdered sugar
How To Make pina colada cake

Step 1Pre Heat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan. ( I use bakers joy)

Step 2Mix butter, eggs, pina colada concentrate (completely thaw first ), coconut extract & coconut together.

Step 3Add cake mix & pudding mix until well blended.

Step 4Pour into pan Bake about 55 minutes Let cool 15 minutes and remove from pan

Step 5While cake is cooling, in saucepan melt butter for glaze. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.

Step 6Drizzle Glaze over Cake while it's still warm
