Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (the smaller one)
  • 1 can can(s) (10 oz) frozen pina colada concentrate (completely thawed)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, flaked
  • GLAZE
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups (about) powdered sugar

How To Make pina colada cake

  • Step 1
    Pre Heat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan. ( I use bakers joy)
  • Step 2
    Mix butter, eggs, pina colada concentrate (completely thaw first ), coconut extract & coconut together.
  • Step 3
    Add cake mix & pudding mix until well blended.
  • Step 4
    Pour into pan Bake about 55 minutes Let cool 15 minutes and remove from pan
  • Step 5
    While cake is cooling, in saucepan melt butter for glaze. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Step 6
    Drizzle Glaze over Cake while it's still warm
