pineapple, crushed undrained
cream cheese, room temperature
2In a large bowl add yellow cake mix,eggs,pineapple,banana,coconut,1 1/4 cup Pina Colada mix,vanilla, Mix about 2 min. until well mixed.
3Pour into a prepared 9x13 pan (one with high sides) Bake on 350 for 30 min or until done.
4Cool in pan on rack for 10 min.
5With a fork poke holes in cake.
6Pour 1 cup Pina Colada mix over cake. Place in refrigerator, until cold.
8Whip 8oz.cream cheese with 1 cup powered sugar,add 1 cup Pina Colada Mix,until creamy
9Fold in 1/3 of Cool Whip to lighten it, then beat in the rest of Cool Whip.
10Frost cake with Icing then sprinkle with coconut,I use about a cup, you can use more or less.
