Just though this together one day and it turned out great,(didn't write anything down)lol So family wanted another one,and the recipe,so here it is famly and JAP friends. Hope you try it and enjoy.

- CAKE
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can pineapple, crushed undrained
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pina colada mix
- MIDDLE
- 1 cup pina cola mixda
- ICING
- 1 - 1 large cool whip
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup pina colada mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pina colada cake

Step 1CAKE:

Step 2In a large bowl add yellow cake mix,eggs,pineapple,banana,coconut,1 1/4 cup Pina Colada mix,vanilla, Mix about 2 min. until well mixed.

Step 3Pour into a prepared 9x13 pan (one with high sides) Bake on 350 for 30 min or until done.

Step 4Cool in pan on rack for 10 min.

Step 5With a fork poke holes in cake.

Step 6Pour 1 cup Pina Colada mix over cake. Place in refrigerator, until cold.

Step 7ICING:

Step 8Whip 8oz.cream cheese with 1 cup powered sugar,add 1 cup Pina Colada Mix,until creamy

Step 9Fold in 1/3 of Cool Whip to lighten it, then beat in the rest of Cool Whip.

Step 10Frost cake with Icing then sprinkle with coconut,I use about a cup, you can use more or less.
