Pina Colada Cake
1 boxwhite cake mix
1 can(s)(3 1/2 oz) coconut
1 can(s)(15 1/2 oz) cream of coconut, coco lopez
1container (12 oz) cool whip
1 can(s)(11 oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 box(3 1/2 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
How to Make Pina Colada Cake
- Prepare the cake as directed on package, adding can of coconut to the batter. Bake in a greased and floured 13X9 pan. When cake is done, remove from oven and punch deep holes in cake with a fork. Pour cream of coconut into holes. Let sit until cool before icing.
- For frosting, mix dry pudding mix and pineapple, then add cool whip. Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with shredded coconut if you want and refrigerate until serving.
